A sidewalk vendor is a person who sells food or merchandise on a sidewalk or pedestrian path from a pushcart, stand, display, pedal-driven cart, wagon, showcase, rack, or other nonmotorized modes of selling. It does not apply to food trucks or motorized modes of transport.
