Annual Citywide Street Resurfacing Project

  Every year the City embarks on a street resurfacing project in our community.  These project are made possible largely through the use of funds from the California Road Repair and Accountability Act (RRAA) of 2017 and local street repair funds from the LA County Metropolitan Transit Authority (Measures R and M). 

 

The City aims to construct these important annual improvements during the summer months to reduce the impact to our local schools.  Roads are chosen using the City’s Pavement Management Index (PMI), which is updated every three years.
