Under the direct supervision of the Assistant City Manager, the City’s Human Resources division is to provide the leadership, direction and support needed to attract, retain, and develop talented individuals. We accomplish this by promoting the principles and practices of fairness and merit. We partner with City departments to hire, compensate, support and create a workforce dedicated to delivering high-quality services, which makes Agoura Hills a special place to live, work and play. The Human Resources Division provides assistance and guidance in the areas of employee relations, benefits, compensation, recruitment, equal opportunity and employment programs, health and safety efforts, training and development, and risk management procedures for the City of Agoura Hills.
