Artis Senior Living and the project design team will be holding a Second Development Project Public Forum to discuss their proposal for the construction, use and maintenance of a residential care facility for the elderly comprised of 72 guest rooms dedicated to Alzheimer’s/Dementia Care within a two-story, approximately 41,881-square foot building on approximately 3.45 acres of land at 29541-29555 Canwood Street. 

The purpose of this Second Development Project Public Forum is to inform neighboring property owners, businesses and interested community members of this proposal, seek their comments, and respond to questions. Please note that this is a meeting with the Project Applicant. This is not a City of Agoura Hills public hearing or public meeting, and no decisions regarding the proposal will be made by the City of Agoura Hills at this forum.
