The Public Works Department is charged with overseeing the City's Capital Improvement Program (CIP), which consists of a variety of projects to construct, maintain, repair, and rehabilitate the City's infrastructure and facilities. The Capital Improvement Program provides an orderly plan for meeting the community's needs in a fiscally responsible manner.
