Development Project Public Forums are intended to provide an opportunity for the public to receive information and directly engage with representatives of a private development team regarding details of a proposed development.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, public forums must be held virtually for the foreseeable future. As a result, this page has been created to ensure accessibility to relevant documents, prepared and provided by the developer, for the proposed West Village development (located within the Agoura Village Development Plan area), at the southwest corner of Kanan Road and Agoura Road. The developer is Agoura Kanan Village, LLC, also known as Symphony Development.
The company, Symphony Development (“Symphony”), was formed in 1991, with a focus on infill residential and commercial projects in major metropolitan areas. The company’s development efforts cover a wide range of projects including mixed-use, multifamily, student housing and retail developments. The partners have over 40 years of combined experience in the real estate development, finance, and urban planning fields.
