THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN A VIRTUAL DEVELOPMENT PROJECT PUBLIC FORUM
Wednesday March 2nd at 6 p.m. (First Project Forum)

Due to social distancing requirements because of the COVID-19 pandemic, a Virtual Development Project Public Forum will be held to discuss a proposed development project located at 29646 Agoura Road, Agoura Hills, CA 91301, west of the adjacent cross streets Agoura Road and Kanan Road. The project is 109 acres across 5 different lots. The proposed development of Lot 1 (9.47 acres) will consist of 60 Condominium homes. The development of Lot 2 (3.53 acres) will be a new Church Sanctuary Building for the International Church of the Foursquare Gospel (aka Gateway Church). This application will be submitted jointly by Warmington Residential - https://www.thewarmingtongroup.com/warmington-residential, and the Church.

The purpose of this public forum is to inform neighboring property owners, businesses and interested community members of this proposal, seek their comments, and respond to questions. Please note that this is a meeting with the developer. This is not a City of Agoura Hills public hearing or public meeting, and no decisions regarding the proposal will be made by the City of Agoura Hills at this forum.
