Pre-Approved Standard ADU Plan Program

(Work in Progress)

The City of Agoura Hills Building and Safety Division is implementing the Standard Plan Program to provide the residents with a simplified permitting process for the design and construction of ADUs that are built repeatedly. The use of standard plans reduces the time required for plan checks resulting in faster permit issuance.

Residents can download digital copies of the full sets of plans from the City’s Pre-Approved ADU webpage.
