The City of Agoura Hills prides itself in a fair and thorough bidding process using PlanetBids.

PlaneBids is the online portal for public bid management in the City of Agoura Hills.  When a Notice Inviting Bids (NIB) or a Request for Proposals (RFP) needs to be advertised, the specifications and plans are uploaded to the system.  Registered contractors can submit electronic bids to the online portal.  Staff then reviews the submittals after the deadline for submission has passed, and the lowest responsive bid is then selected for awarding the project to that firm or contractor.
